Over the years, eFusion Systems has formed relationships with some of the best brands in their respective industries. Our guidelines for choosing a partner or affiliate are strict to ensure that our customers are getting the maximum Return On Investment possible.
The following is a list of requirements each vendor must meet to be considered for a partner or affiliate relationship with us:
- Unless it is an open source product, the vendor must provide free, quality customer service and technical support at least 5 days per week
- Hardware products should be able to interface with other vendor's products
- The vendor must be profitable, solvent, and in good standing within the community
- The vendor must be actively working to improve its existing products (no product is ever perfect)
- The vendor must have an efficient RMA process in case of equipment failure within the warranty period
The vendors shown to the right and on other pages throughout the site have met or exceeded the above criteria and are highly recommended by eFusion Systems.
